GUIDELINES FOR REPLICATION OF PHOTOS FROM THIS WEBSITE

Thank you for your interest in re-use of the photos from Kat's website. Use of the photos is generally allowed for promotional purposes, subject to some basic guidelines. If you have any questions about the guidelines, or your use doesn't seem to fit within them, contact Kat.

Website Uses

1. If the shot is from one of the photographer's collections, you include a proper credit for the photographer somewhere on

the page where the photo appears. Please make it prominent enough that your visitors can see it and the photographer

receives proper recognition.

2. While album covers may be re-used without credit, please provide a link back to Kat's site (either from the photo itself or

the surrounding test) whenever you do so.

3. In all cases, contact Kat via one of the methods noted on the Contacts/Links Page and let her know you've used the

picture and where he can find it on the internet. Please note that Kat reserves the final right of approval on all such uses.

Print Uses

The photos in the website may be used by members of the press, reviewers, venues, promoters as they find appropriate. We do request the following:

1. If the shot is from one of the photographer's collections, please include proper credit for the photographer somewhere on

the printed page where the photo appears and please make it prominent enough that your readers/viewers can read it.

Ensure that the photographer receives proper recognition. In the case of album covers, legitimate promotional use is

allowed without restriction.

2. If the photos on the website do not serve your purpose or the quality of the compressed images do not reproduce

properly, contact Kat and request a press package. Originals will be provided. In all cases where photos are used in

circulated print materials (magazines, newspapers, etc.), a hard copy of the article or review should be mailed to Kat

upon publication.
